The associates provided are very much dependant on the work that is required. In the main our associates are people who have worked with us, or are people who may have been recommended to us from trusted sources.

People who are 'freelance' normally carry with them the entrepreneurial qualities that we look for in our associates.
Many of them have climbed the corporate ladder and have decided to seek out further challenges, such qualities often see them develop innovative solutions and approaches for our clients, that little 'spark of magic' that is often required to make all the difference.
